These simple inverted teardrop shaped earrings were created from solid copper sheet and then textured using a hammer.  Dangling from each is a 6 mm sodalite bead whose colour allows them to pair well with jeans. Hand forged copper earwires were added and the earrings were oxidized, buffed and polished for that rustic look. The metal was sealed with jeweler's wax to preserve the patina and resist tarnishing.
